As a filmmaker, I believe your wedding day should be documented, eternalized, and relived over and over again. Your wedding film should be a series of your most precious moments told with reverence and in homage to your commitment to the one you love.
Inspired by the untold love story, my purpose is to film every candid, carefree moment of your elopement or wedding day as a visual documentary drenched in romanticism for experience-seekers and the love-drunk.
While you’re swept up and blissfully unaware of any camera, I’ll collect every dream-like feeling, emotion, and sincere nuance to narrate your wedding story as a stylish, cinematic film.
Specializing in Vancouver-based elopements and weddings, available throughout Canada and beyond.
With a background degree in audio engineering, I understand how essential high-quality audio and professional post-production is to create cinematic wedding films with impact and depth. Utilizing my experience producing commercials and short films, I explore the story-telling narrative to compose films with substance and soul.
Living in Vancouver, I’m surrounded by a vibrant city culture imbued with cinema, fashion, music, and street photography that serves as a continuous source of inspiration and musing.
My collection of cinematic videography packages are designed to collect and preserve every beautiful, unexpected moment of your elopement or wedding day as editorial films, prints and keepsakes.
The journey to your wedding day begins when you entrust me with your story. I will personally guide you to select a package that aligns with the vision you have for your wedding day while creating an immersive experience for you that feels comfortable, seamless, and exciting.
Beyond your wedding day, when the champagne has been drunk and the dance floor clears, these beloved memories will flood back in warm nostalgia as you replay your wedding film, transporting you back to that sacred day.
There’s an art in knowing how to be a spectator, quietly moving in the background of a wedding, gently holding space to allow the love and emotion to transcend the physical moment.
With discretion and minimal equipment, I seek to observe your wedding day as it unfolds, intuitively seeking the subtleties and collecting visual notes from inimitable moments to preserve your legacy.
As a filmmaker, I can conceptualize your unique love story in a way that feels authentic to you while creating a cinematic film and professionally engineered with high-quality audio and visuals and edited artistically.
I also offer wedding photography to my couples. My exclusive photo package, "No More Shall We Part," has been meticulously crafted to capture every nuance of your story. Priced at $4,400, this all-inclusive package is for couples seeking a personalized touch for their wedding documentation.

“Victor and his team shot our micro wedding, and we were blown away by the end product. Watching it back, he captured all the big moments but also so many little details that you miss yourself. Beyond that, he was so professional and helpful even with some other things that weren’t a videographer’s job but just showed how he truly cares about his clients and helping them have the best day possible. Since we had a COVID restricted wedding, we are so excited to be able to share the footage with everyone who couldn’t come and trust that they will feel all the sentiment and magic of the day even though they weren’t there. Thanks, Victor!”
On a hot afternoon outside the chapel, Lisa and Jordan held hands around the corner without seeing one another as their Pastor led the bride and groom in prayer before the beginning of their wedding day. What an honour to share such a meaningful exchange!

“We are very thankful to Victor for making a one-of-a-kind, beautiful and very memorable video of our big day, which my husband and I can treasure till we get old. What a celebration! Bahar and Nima’s wedding day was a celebration of their love and of Nima’s approaching designation as a cardiologist. Warmth, joy and pride seemed to envelop each guest, and the atmosphere was euphoric!
No matter how many weddings I attend, there will always be moments that leave a lasting impression. Witnessing Kary’s heartfelt emotion while dancing with her father before an epic fireworks display above Vancouver, well, that’s something I just won’t forget.
Sometimes it’s the little things, like the symphony of a sound or a moment in time, that stay with you. On this day, the cords of a cello and violin floated through the ceremony and cocktail hour at Claire and Matthew’s wedding.
“Victor provided videography services for my summer wedding at the Brockhouse. He was superb to work with right from the get-go as he’s very easy-going, friendly, and attentive during our initial chat to ensure he captured the videography requirements we were looking for.
Our wedding reception was in the midst of the pandemic making the planning experience a little more stressful in which Victor was a breath of fresh air with his enthusiasm and kind spirit. On the day of, Victor started early and joined us during our pre-wedding shoot, which was not arranged in advance but a nice gesture. Throughout the entire experience, Victor showed supreme professionalism and went above and beyond with his partner throughout the evening to help with other loose ends, which was incredible. As part of his work, Victor keeps out of sight and mind in which you won’t even notice he’s there though still capturing all the right moments."

For me, wedding videography is not just a job, but a passion that is deeply rooted in my love for storytelling. I believe every couple has a unique story to tell, and my goal is to capture it in a way that is authentic and meaningful.
You may have noticed but, I really, really like Nick Cave (I even named each of my wedding packages after his songs), and he's quite possibly the coolest guy in the world. I love his style and his whole aura as a human being—and he's lovely to his wife!
If you know what a gimbal is, then this one's for you: I use gimbals conservatively; instead, I like to introduce a variety of moving and static images into wedding films without relying solely on a gimbal. I find that an entire film shot with one can look floaty, and the impressive effect can wear off. An unpopular opinion for videographers, maybe, but helpful? Also maybe!

I shoot all of my elopement and wedding films in colour and convert chosen images into black and white during post-production, which is a non-destructive way of editing. As a cinematic videographer, I believe colour is essential to a wedding film. I edit each film with the overall wedding aesthetic in mind to include colour and black and white. I tend to lean more toward black and white images for my website and stills because it evokes a sense of romanticism and nostalgia. If my black and white films resonate with you, please let me know when we meet to discuss your wedding, and I can edit your film to align with your wedding day aesthetic to include black and white and colour images.
